Vladis P. Plot

Vladis is the founder and principal of a leading real estate company in the Dominican Republic, recognized for strategic advisory, discretion, and long-term client relationships. As Founder and CEO of Key Dominican and HOMEINVESTOR since 2007, he has also served as Director of Sales at Sosua Ocean Village, managing complex transactions and high-value residential projects.

He has personally managed the full-cycle development of 10 private villas and is currently overseeing two new villa construction projects, from land acquisition and architectural planning to construction supervision and final delivery. His hands-on involvement supports control, transparency, and investment efficiency at every stage.

Vladis structures and executes real estate transactions that support the sustainable growth of Sosua and Cabarete. His expertise spans brokerage, development, banking coordination, immigration support, architecture, design, construction management, legal processes, and modern technologies including AI-driven solutions. He is a member of the Asociacion de Agentes y Empresas Inmobiliarias (AEI).
