Co-Brokerage with Key Dominican

Key Dominican generates and owns the buyer leads. We pass qualified leads to trusted partners, while the partner handles showings, negotiations, attorneys, and closing.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Broker (Key Dominican): sources and qualifies the buyer, publishes partner materials, and forwards the lead.
  • Closing Partner (You): manages showings, negotiations, legal coordination, and closes the transaction.
  • Marketing Materials: Key Dominican is entitled to publish the Partner's property photos and marketing materials on its website and platforms.
  • Both Parties: agree to maintain the confidentiality of client information and protect each other's reputation in all communications.

Workflow Process

  1. We receive the buyer's contact and forward it to the partner through the agreed communication channel.
  2. The partner communicates directly with the buyer, including in the buyer's native language when needed.
  3. The partner may close independently, but is required to remit the full agreed commission to Key Dominican within 48 hours after closing the transaction.
  4. Full transparency is required throughout the transaction process. The partner shall provide a commission agreement and a copy of the Purchase and Sale Contract.

Commission Models

Standard 50 / 50

50/50 split on closed deals.

Alternative 40 / 60

60% to partner and 40% to Key Dominican by prior written agreement.

Key Dominican Listings 30 / 70

70% to partner and 30% to Key Dominican when selling our in-house listings.

All commission splits are calculated from the full agreed commission amount before any third-party deductions, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

Important: Any transaction concluded directly or indirectly with a buyer introduced by Key Dominican shall remain subject to the agreed commission obligations, regardless of the structure, timing, or parties involved in the transaction.
